This pattern proved effective at
Tokaryk Lake especially in the east bay, usually in the evening
when the rainbows are rising taking caddis flies. The silhouette
of this fly probably gives the impression of a large easy meal.
I usually fish this pattern static on a floating line. If the
fish are reluctant to take, skittering this fly across the
surface is often times effective. |
